Power Start™

Power Start is a combination of knowledge, action, error, correction and daily personal growth.  All 5 elements are required in order to complete Power Start.  By the end of your first month with NAA Power Players you should feel like a newly self empowered business man/woman.  Your confidence will quadruple if you follow the Power Start program every day.    

Get Licensed

Before you begin Power Start you must get your insurance license and register in the states that you plan to do business.  This should only take you about a week or less to study and pass the exam.  After you pass the exam you’ll be ready to begin Power Start.  

Learn

The first thing you’ll do in Power Start is register to attend a 2 day boot camp at the National Agents Alliance headquarters in Burlington, N.C.  You’ll spend time reading through Secrets of a Top Producer as well as training materials provided in your back office.  You’ll watch videos and listen to audios illustrating various products and sales activities.  You’ll begin listening in on our daily conference calls and participating by asking questions.   

Build

You’ll attend local NAA Hot Spot meetings and invite people you know that would appreciate earning an extra $500-$1,000 per week in their spare time.  The production of anybody who joins NAA Power Players will apply towards your promotion goals.  The faster you build your team the sooner you get promoted to a higher payout level.

Most people could change their life with an extra $500-$1,000 per week working just a few hours.  If you have someone in mind that you’d like to help you can refer a friend here. Don’t forget that every penny they earn counts towards your promotion goals.

Practice

You should be ready to buy some cheap leads and practice making phone calls on your first weekend.  There’s no failure in Power Start only mistakes, corrections and most importantly learning.  There’s no expectation that you close any sales in your first weekend however it’s likely that you do. 

This business is not difficult when you genuinely care about helping people get what they need and asked for.  If you spend a couple hours making calls and set 2-3 appointments you will protect 1 family.   The average monthly premium per application nationwide is $80 which equates to about $500 in commission deposited directly to your bank account.    

Every Monday we’ll review your weekend activity together.  We’ll talk about what went well and what didn’t.  The beauty of our system is that 99.9 % of every problem or challenge you encounter has been overcome by another agent before.  Every Monday you will learn from your mistakes and get better for the following weekend. 

Earn

Power Start is 4 intense weeks packed with knowledge, hands on experience with phone calls and live appointments, mentoring and personal growth.  It’s not uncommon to protect 1 family in your first weekend, 2 in your second, 3 in your 3rd and 4 in your 4th for a total of 10.  At $500 commission per application you would earn $5,000 for protecting 10 families.  Most agents earn $2,000-$8,000 in their first month but it all depends on you taking action immediately and building momentum. 

Not Ready For Full Time?

Some of our agents start protecting just a couple families per week for an extra $500-$1,000 while still working their “day” job.  For a variety of reasons they are “tied up” and not ready to walk away.  Many times they want to “test the water” to see how much money they can earn before they quit their job. 

This is perfectly understandable but in this case you have to allow yourself 2 months instead of 1 to make it through Power Start so you can make an accurate assessment of the business, your skills and the areas that you need the most improvement.  Without having 1 full time Power Start month your sample of knowledge and experience is too small to make a rational decision.
