Power Start™ Training

During your 1st month in Power Start™ you’ll be scheduled to attend a 2 day boot camp at the NAA headquarters.  At this event you’ll learn from our business partners about their products and strategies.  You’ll hear from a few high producing agents about their approach and how you can implement it in your business. 

You’ll meet several new agents that you can keep in touch with and share ideas.  You’ll have the chance to introduce yourself to the leaders that established NAA in 2001.  Depending on availability you could meet Andy, Barry, Philip or all three.   

Leadership Conference

The Leadership Conference held in September is the time that the highest producing agents all get together and reveal their secrets to success to you.  This is a chance for you to get a close look at where everybody stands as we approach the end of the year. 

You’ll hear from some of our carriers as they unveil their latest product changes and strategies.  You’ll also get to listen and meet a well known guest speakers.  In the past we’ve enjoyed visits from author John Maxwell, author Burke Hedges, and renowned Football coach Lou Holtz.        

National Convention

The National Convention is where all your hard work pays off.  You are rewarded for your productivity in front of more than a thousand agents.  Depending on the level of production you achieve you may qualify for a luxurious trip and a distinguished income ring.

There are three levels of income rings: $100,000, $500,000 and $1,000,000 that are all made of solid gold with your name engraved in the side.  The each display a different stone as the center piece.  The $500,000 ring boasts a diamond in the center of the stone.  The $1,000,000 ring includes the diamond in the center plus an additional diamond around for each additional $100,000 income earned.   

Business Builder NAA Hotspots 

All year long there are various “hotspots” through the U.S. where NAA managers hold demonstration meetings.  This gives you the chance to invite your potential business partners to a meeting near their home so they can meet agents face to face and hear from our leaders.  You can see when events are being hosted at NAA Hot Spots.
