Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold NAA Power Players and/or Family Protection Group Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, content providers, service providers, employees, agents, officers, directors, and contractors (hereinafter known as the "Indemnified Parties") harmless from any breach of these Terms of Use by you, including any use of Content other than as expressly authorized in these Terms of Use. FROM ANY CLAIMS RESULTING FROM ANY ACTION TAKEN BY NAA POWER PLAYERS AND/OR FAMILY PROTECTION GROUP INC. DURING OR AS A RESULT OF ITS INVESTIGATIONS AND/OR FROM ANY ACTIONS TAKEN AS A /CONSEQUENCE OF INVESTIGATIONS BY EITHER THE NAA POWER PLAYERS AND/OR FAMILY PROTECTION GROUP INC. OR LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES.

Claims of Copyright Infringement

Pursuant to Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2), notifications of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to Service Provider's Designated Agent.

Free Lead Program

The Free Lead Program is available exclusively to members of NAA Power Players.  As a member of NAA Power Players your name and contact info is listed on the Family Protection Group Inc. website as a provider for your area.  Web browsers have the freedom to contact you if they wish.  In addition you will receive access to free leads from the various marketing efforts of Family Protection Group Inc as they’re received. 

The Free Lead Program is in its beginning phase and should be considered a supplemental income source to leads purchased through National Agents Alliance.  By no means can any member of NAA Power Players expect to receive enough leads to build a business through the Free Lead Program. 

As marketing efforts expand there may be a charge for FPG leads in the future to cover the rising the costs of advertising.  These costs can be reduced through our group co-op advertising strategies.  Until further notice leads from Family Protection Group’s website are free for members of NAA Power Players only.     

The free lead program is subject to change wtihout notice at the discretion of NAA Power Players and Family Protection Group Inc.

Miscellaneous

These Terms of Use will be governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of Illinois, United States of America, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. You specifically consent to personal jurisdiction in Illinois connection with any dispute between you and NAA Power Players and/or Family Protection Group Inc. arising out of these Terms of Use or pertaining to the subject matter hereof. The parties to these Terms of Use each agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute between the parties arising out of these Terms of Use or pertaining to the subject matter of these Terms of Use will be in the state and/or federal courts in Chicago, Illinois. If any part of these Terms of Use is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement among the parties relating to this subject matter. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any additional terms and conditions on this site will govern the items to which they pertain. NAA Power Players and/or Family Protection Group Inc. may revise these Terms of Use at any time by updating this posting.
